Today’s Quote Of The Day from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. (January 15, 1929 – April 4, 1968), the most visible spokesperson and leader in the civil rights movement through nonviolent activism and civil disobedience tactics until his assassination. King was posthumously awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom and the Congressional Gold Medal.

His words continue to inspire us today when he said, “If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do, keep moving forward.”
